A Business Cadet is an articulate, well motivated young person who enjoys working with other people. He or she demonstrates initiative and is keen to contribute intelligently to the world of banking and finance.
In your application, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- consistent academic effort and achievement at school
- transferable skills relevant to banking and finance
- evidence of leadership potential
- team involvement at school and/or in the community
- work experience (paid or unpaid)
- personal motivation
