Engineering and Technology Cadets are highly-motivated young people who are sound communicators and effective team players. If you are a creative thinker who is keen to solve problems that affect our future you really should apply for the ETCAD Program.

In your application, you will need to demonstrate the following competencies:

• consistent academic effort and achievement at school
• Transferable skills relevant to financial technology
• evidence of leadership potential
• team involvement at school and/or in the community
• work experience (paid or unpaid)*
• personal motivation

* if you have not had the opportunity to work, we will expect to see fuller involvement in one or more of the other five competencies
